Projects

Etiquette

An open-source library that makes it seamless to create and use communication protocols. It is the result of the application of all my learnings from my experience in the telecom and space industry. To do this, Etiquette uses advanced Elixir techniques to provide an intuitive way to create protocols, making them easier to develop, maintain and avoid the common pitfalls.

Tech used: Elixir

Gleam

Open source contributor. Focused on improving the developer experience when using this new language by making improvements to the language server.

Tech used: Rust, Gleam

Scholar

Open source contribution. Added support for polynomial linear regressions for the Scholar machine learning library and wrote documentation to guide new users.

Tech used: Elixir, Nx, Livebook

Californium

Open source contribution. Implemented CoAP protocol support for IoT devices in the Californium library.

Tech used: Java

Evaluation of QUIC-based MASQUE proxying

Research paper. A peer-reviewed publication based on my work at Ericsson. Investigated QUIC-based proxying for improved secure and low-latency internet communication.

Tech used: Python, Pandas, PyPlot, LaTeX

September 2022 - today

Software Engineer @ GMV

Developing mission control systems for ESA clients. Streamlined backends, automated validation, and modernized legacy systems.

Tech used: Java, Python, Docker

February 2022 - September 2022

Full-Stack Developer @ Indra

Worked on new features and maintenance of a web platform as its sole developer.

Tech used: JavaScript, Java, Spring, SQL

April 2021 - January 2022

Developer Intern @ Ericsson

Designed and implemented features for a QUIC-based proxy, enhancing secure, low-latency HTTP/3 communication. Built scalable proxy functionalities in Python and developed an automated testing framework for performance evaluation and analysis.
